Ebony

Now here is a beautiful girl! She gives great kisses too, sometimes I don't have to wash my face for a week, bit hard on the glasses though. She and Mike just pass through the park on to the other park where she can really run, Mike stops to hand out treats and then Ebony wants to go.

Treats in the Park

Mike is handing out treats and May May is in there like an old dirty shirt. The girls are also sitting there nicely waiting. Ebony looks totally bored and wants to get on her way to the other park.

Moira and Angus

The dog lover and her dog! Look at the love shared by these two! Angus holds her with his paw like May May holds me. Moira loves animals and even runs a small shelter from her place in the country. She is just so good to May May and Scooter. Angus also cohabits with a bulldog! Just a great picture Moira!

Ah, here is my boy Kieran. He is such a sweetie. Finally got to meet his mom this time and got a nice family picture. May May looks like she belongs there doesn't she? They bought Kieran these shoes that squeak every time he puts his foot down, yikes, they would have lasted about 36 seconds with me but he likes them so much. Lets see how long they last. Kieran the nice weather is supposed to be back again tomorrow so we should be running into each other soon. Miss you.
It took me a long time to post because my computer just decided to stop uploading photos and printing. Finally I just started pulling out plugs and putting them back in and things started working again except now my sound doesn't work but I can live without sound. All electronics have little ghosts in them and do wierd things when I use them. Oh well it works well most of the time.

Well I forget what this is called, my brain is taking a rest I guess. One day next week I will go up there and take a picture of Parliament Hill and get the name of it then. Darn I hate it when I grab for words and can't get them. All part of getting old, grrrrrrrr!!!

This girl was waiting for a bus with her mom when May May wandered into the bus shelter to say hello.
This is a picture of one of the basement windows of the east block of Parliament Hill. The bricks have turned a light shade of green from the copper dripping down.

This is one of the workers on Sparks Street Mall who are taking down the green shacks and the small light fixtures. He is a dog lover and has a few of his own who he puts in shows. Will have to watch for when the next dog show is at the Civic Centre and go and see if they are in it.

Lisa, Ellis and May May on one of thefirst nice days in the park. Took three trys to get both of them together, but it was worth it. Look how sweet they look, you too Lisa.

These girls are participating in a student exchange. The girl on the left is from Kamloops, B.C. and the girl on the right is from Russell, Ont.
Hope they enjoy the exchange and learn a lot of things about the two different provinces.

Justice

Here is Justice and her mom with May May. They have that great shoe store on Bank Street, Obsession. It's been almost a year since I first met Justice and I was happy to see that she is keeping her style the same, mismatched socks! Love them. She really is going to be an artist when she grows up.

Introducing Kiernan!!!!

Look at the sweetheart we met today on the Sparks Street Mall. What a happy baby! His dad was getting him to walk down the mall but he was ever so slow. After he talked to May May for a bit I led May May ahead for Kiernan to catch up. He looked awfully wobbly but was amazingly steady on his feet. The whole time he was chasing May May he would be giggling and blubbering entertaining the whole mall. I told his dad we should have a bucket to accept donations because we would have made a bundle everyone enjoyed him so much. I am sure he has the same mandate as May May and me - see how many smiles you can make on people in a day. If we charged a quarter for every smile we would be very rich. Kiernan tell you dad to leave me a note in the comment section next time you go to the mall and May May will meet you there. He reminds me so much of Alexander at that age. Take care sweety.

Happy Easter Everyone

May May wishes everyone a Happy Easter! It is so cold out and it was snowing today, feels more like winter is coming instead of spring. Let's just hope the warm weather gets here soon because May May wants to stay out longer. Going to go and lie down and get warm and read my book. I am reading an excellent book it's called "The Girls" and it is a novel about conjoined twins. Just excellent. The author also wrote another book which is just as good it is called "Rushmore Road".

Maggie is in her new bed and is looking strangely at May May with her bunny ears, she just can't figure out why May May would be wearing them.
I got a new flat screen monitor last week and this morning Maggie came running at high speed and forgetting that this screen doesn't have the landing pad like the old one she knocked it over and knocked a glass of water off the desk. This was too much to take first thing in the morning so I went back to bed. She came right along with me for a cuddle.

This artist was painting out in the cold as well. I think their teacher had a great idea and hopes he does it on a regular basis when the nice weather gets here. Nice work!

While coming home from a restaurant in the market area last Thursday I ran across a bunch of artist's who were painting outside but as you can see it was very cold, so much so he had to paint with his gloves on. Nice work!
