This Kokany a beautiful dog that lives with Sue and her boyfirend. They were showing us how they could get him to cry like a baby, it was so funny. He is such a beautiful animal.

Some wonderful altered art sculptures at the festival.

Some more sculpters at the festival.
May May was entertained at the speech by this young boy, his little sister was sitting behind him and was the only one there for a while and I was hoping that May May would have gotten closer to her to see what the baby would have done, she looked curious but nervous. Great looking children.
While taking in the festivities of the Rideau Canal celebration we wandered into a tent where Elizabeth May the leader of the green party was giving a talk. May May and I sat and listened and learned that she is going to pick out a new riding to run in and will announce it soon. Where ever it is I wish her good luck. I have voted green for the last number of years now and hopefully the next election will be the one when we get an MP up on the hill. May May was not impressed their was no food involved but I enjoyed her talk. You go girl!

After leaving the art show we dropped in to see Lisa and there was Savannah creating her masterpiece. It was a very artsy day! She was very excited about what she had painted.
We arrived early at Saw Gallery to see the exhibit "Animal House" which was a body of works created by animals so May may decided to sit and have a chat with some of the workers. The gentleman with the glasses is Stefan the curator of the gallery. It was a wonderful exibit and both May May and I enjoyed it very much!
This is the girl who was giving out samples of iced tea and she is holding up May May's paw print. May May has just about had it at this point and won't pose for the camera.
I think an elephant created this beautiful piece of work.

This is May May having her paw print done and being assisted by two young ladies. I guess now if she goes missing it will be easy to identify her or else it is her original masterpiece. The little pool was to help rinse the paint off her paw after but it didn't help much I still got paint all over my paints but thats a small price to pay for having an artist dog.

These two children came along after I had already taken a photo of this gentleman and May May, she was having a busy day talking to everyone and perusing the art work.

This is Tillamook Cheddar the visiting artist from New York City and his masterpiece!

Was at an art show about animals and by animals yesterday at Saw Gallery, these are replicas of bird nests.

This young boy came up and asked to pet May May at Dundonald Park, glad he wasn't riding that skateboard May May doesn't like them.
TT
This is May May and Beth Ann who we ran into on different corners while doing interviews. She has this nice ratty old hat she found in the airport, she needed it that day the sun was pretty powerful. Have a good summer standing on corners, just don't take mine!
May May, Maggie and Chance modelling their Pride wear in time for pride week at the end of the month!
