Jeanne and I on the Otrain going to South Keys. It was her first trip and she was really excited. She kept asking where do we get the Otrain, I was expecting her to say "Are we there yet!" It was nice for her to get to the different stores in her scooter I think she really enjoyed it. Now she knows the way she is able to go whenever she likes. Have fun Jeanne!

May May in front of a Christmas character on Sparks Street mall. Not sure what he is supposed to be exactly but he is very festive. I am taking May May's picture at different places and then going to pick one or two to make Christmas cards out of them. Have a favourite? Let me know.
In front of a big tree.
May May in front of a collection of trees, I liked that one of them was the same size as her!
May May and I in front of a few nice trees, a nice young security guard offered to take our picture. Thank you so much. I am not in many pictures on my blog.
Maggie the model! Here she is modeling one of the dog's hats that I make. I think she is adorable!

A young lady who stopped to give May May a much needed petting.
These four young cadets were at the War Museum on Remembrance Day, if only more young men were as polite as these four. Thanks for taking a moment out of your day and letting me take your picture.
May May trying very hard to get some of Marek's lunch but was very disappointed when she found out he was only eating bread! No meat, no cheese, nothing just bread!
Olga and Justy working hard on cards in the studio during card month in November. Both of them created quite a few.
Olga checking out ideas on the internet for some of the cards she is making.
This is the art work I am working on right now, it has already changed since I took this picture and I sure it will change much more before it is done. Keep checking for restults.
This is what Lisa is working on in group right now. She has decided that she will use another medium to make this design as the clay dried too hard and cracked. Will be interesting when it is done.

My wonderful chiropractor Dr. Derek Haughton. On Wednesday we had a lunch at Johnny Farina's where I was supposed to give my testimonial but I feel asleep and arrived late. The lunch was also to promote his charity "Chiropractors with compassion" which raised money for children in third world countries. He had a video from the Domican Republic where a bunch of chiropractors went and actually gave the kids chiropractic treatments. It was very nice to see. Thank you Dr. Haughton for keeping me healthy and able to do all the things that I do.
This is my friend Lorraine Hopkins starting off the evening at Stage 4 at the NAC. The event was for "Speaking of Grandmothers" and the proceeds were donated to the Stephen Lewis Foudation Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign. The foundation is for grandmothers in Africa who are raising all the grandchildren on their own as the parents are being killed off by HIV. Each presenter told a small story about a grandmother, it was just a wonderful, wonderful evening. Great work Lorraine!

Some of the presenters at the event. In the top photo is Carol Anne Meehan from CJOH and in the bottom photo is Lorraine's son Mike with his girlfriend. They did a wonderful job.

Lorraine receiving flowers for her hard work in putting on such a wonderful event! Great job Lorraine!

Jeanne and I went to the fall bazaar at St. Louis residence in Orleans. I purchased this wonderful puppy in order to display the doggie coats that I make and Jeanne immediately fell in love with it. I just love going to this bazaar and always get some really good deals. I haven't named the dog yet - any suggestions?

Here I am getting on para transpo with the new addition to my family. He is given a seat all to himself on the bus and then Jeanne sat beside him to make sure he was ok. The things that amuse us as we get older!

Maggie is checking out the new dog from afar, she is not too sure about the new arrival. I scattered some catnip over the dog and Chance got right in there and attacked!

A lovely full moon last night!

While at the park last night the sky had such wierd markings in it. It looked really nice.

I was at a fabric flea market to try to find some bargains on fabric and I ran across this vintage bedspread, I love it! I loved chenille when I was a kid.

I was busy sewing the other day and then I turned around and there was May May who had collected a bunch of material together to be comfortable while she guarded a little piece of dried up bagel. She just sits in wait for one of the cats to come near it and then the fight is on! She won't eat the darn thing but she won't let the cats get near it.

Melina came down for a cup of tea and a piece of cheese cake and her cup was empty but Maggie was looking for something to drink so I poured a bit of milk in and Maggie managed to get her whole face in there. Gotta keep the animals happy!
Poor Chance looking so forlorn or is that just him planning what he is going to do next?

My little Anna dressed up for Halloween. I had to guess what she was and at first I said a princess, wrong! Then I noticed the wings, a fairy? Wrong! Well then you must be an angel? Wrong! She is starting to get a bit annoyed that I don't know what she is and I am running out of ideas. What is she? Can't you see she is a kitty angel! I somehow missed the kitty ears. She is such a cutie.

Anna with May May on Halloween, she is still a bit nervous of May May but loes the cats.
May May in a sea of fall leaves!
A lady we met at Tim Horton's and had a long chat with.
Ellis had so many leaves stuck to his butt he figured all he needed were a few branches and he could be a tree for Halloween!

This was a beautiful leaf we found but Lisa really fell in love with it!
I just liked the way the leaves were sitting on the grass.

Two great pictures of Ellis, I couldn't pick which one I liked better, the bottom one looks like he is winking at me!
May May and Ellis saying goodbye to each other in the park. Ellis has moved away and we can't meet in the park everyday, May May misses him so much!

While showing Jeanne the small art gallery at City Hall I came across these pieces of art which I really liked.
