After dropping a piece of toast on the floor this morning May May grabbed it and tried to hide it under her new mat that Wendy made for her. She finally gave up after a few minutes of stuggling.

May May trying to crash another party at the park, she smelt the goodies and wanted her share but settled for a pet instead.

While sitting at a cafe on Sparks Street Mall on Sat. this father and son were sitting right across from me. I captured a few pictures while they were so involved with each other. After they left the cafe the dad wanted to go one way on the mall and the little boy ran in the other direction so his dad was in the chase while he giggled the whole way. So cute!

This is Arlow, Sue and Dave's new puppy. They are working hard on training him but it is definately a work in progress.

This group of young people were singing on the mall to get funds to go on a trip. They were all so good and each of them did a short solo. Here you can see May May waiting to perform her solo! Hope they did well.

Mike is the pied piper of Dundonald Park! Look how all the dogs wait patiently while he gets them their treat. If I don't keep an eye on May May she follows him right out of the park in hopes of getting more. That is Darren holding onto the three shelties.

Here is Mike with his new dog Izzie! She is a real cutie!

Jeanne took these pictures yesterday when she came over with a coffee for me. I was stuck without my wheelchair. Its in for repairs. Maggie is sitting on the new little mat that Wendy made for May May.

Another shot of Jeanette and May May
This is Jeanette who May May meets on the mall most lunch times. We hadn't seen her since before Christmas and was wondering about her. In December she was shovelling her driveway and took a fall and broke her wrist! She had to undergo surgery and even had a metal plate put in. That is a mean break! Before the fall she had been saying her neck was sore but when she fell I guess it was pulled in the right direction because now it is gone. I know a chiropractor that I could have introduced her to and the neck would have been cured in a more cost effective and pain controlled way. Hope it keeps healing and that pretty soon you won't know it even happened. When May May heard us talking she was getting quite concerned that this injury might interfere with the pets she gets but as you can see all is well on that front.

Well spring has finally come except for that darn wind. Hopefully I will keep the blog up to date now as I have a new camera and a new computer. Just taking me a bit of time adjusting to the keypad on the laptop and getting used to Vista. This was taken on Easter Sunday and May May turned into a bunny!

On the days the my PCW came this last week she had a student shadowing her. Here is Michline with Carolyn and May May. She certainly will succeed in her chosen field. Good luck Michline!

Was in talking to Darrell and May May went missing. Found her in the sewing room cuddling with Denise! She had just gotten a bath and a good brushing, doesn't she look good?

These are the beautiful tulips that Melina gave me for Easter of course Chance had to check them out.

Maggie having a good time with the catnip! Her and Chance had an impromptu party.

Chance high on catnip! It looks like he has another cats tail but it is just a piece of fabric he has.

May May sucking up to Carolyn for more petting.

The raccoon who seems to be roaming around the neighbourhood. He was keeping a close eye on May May.

Jeanne and May May chilling with a brew.

Here I am with Anna and her sister Annika who managed to hold her rabbit for about two seconds and then it was on the floor. Anna was carrying all her chocolate in the bag I made for her, it was almost overflowing!

Anna reciving and giving gifts. I got to choose an egg out of the little basket she was carrying. I chose a purple one!

Pretty as a flower! Here is Anna showing me her beautiful new dress. Looks like she is heading off to a party.

Bunnies and a quilted bag I made for Anna and Annika for Easter, notice Chance licking his lips at the possibility of getting in the basket and creating trouble.

Two young folks May May met on Sparks Street Mall. May May glad the picture taking is starting again.

Showing some of the protesters and the police officers at the Tamil protest. Should be interesting tomorrow when thousands and thousands of Sri Lankans from around the world are going to be on Wellington Street. May May and I will be there to see what is going on.
