Here are two of the guys that run the trolley bus sightseeing. At first I had put May May on the counter on the other side of the cabin and then decided there wasn't enough light there so went to grab her to move her and the phone rang and scared the beejeezus out of her and she fell to the ground. She is alright but that sure is a big drop for the little girl. Can you see the look of disgust on her wee face?

The scouts do this every year, drag a couch around with them. Here I thought I was a smart one always bringing my own chair but they did one better and brought the whole darn couch. Thanks for taking time out and talking to May May. Anyone notice the lone female there? Wonder when those rules changed?

Serge and May May, real happy to be together. Serge runs the Voyageur City Bus Tours during the summer and when not busy with that spends his time playing tricks on people. One day he came up beside me took the leash and kept walking ahead with May May. Yikes! I thought someone was stealing her. May May didn't seem to mind she just kept on walking.

This is the guy who works so hard to keep the Spark Street Mall so clean. May May always stops to say hi and have a little chat.
Thanks for all your hard work!

Kitten thrown from car

This is Boone, the five week old kitten who was thrown from a car. The car slowed down to "15 kilometers per hour" before throwing the kitty onto a busy road in Vanier. The pair have been charged and their court case is on October 11. I suggest all you pet lovers get down to the court house on this date and demonstrate just how much you dislike animal abusers!

Ah, the love of my life! My grandson Alex! May May also loves him dearly. He came over Wednesday night to spend some time with me, when he arrived I was at the park so he walked up to meet me there. We took May May home and then went out for pizza, yummy it was so good, we went to Colonade Pizza. Can't wait for my next visit!

Here is my friend Jeanne and her beloved Cokette. Cokette is twelve now and showing signs of age, she is almost totally deaf and is developing cataracts. Poor little girl, but she loves being at the park.

This is Missy and Ebony. Missy is a new dog at the park, I forget the breed now but my goodness she is a big girl and she has a bit of growing to do as she is now only ten months old! What a sweetheart she is! And Ebony is my girl, I used to be very afraid of Pit Bulls until I met Ebony, she is so gentle and sweet.

Ndugo and May May enjoying the fall weather in the park.

This is Meagan and her puppy Ndugo, I know I have that spelling wrong but it is close.

This is Mrs Wiggles, a lovely little pug who hangs out at Dundonald Park.

Wayne and I sat and watched this crane being set up at Kent and Laurier. I found it totally amazing! It is extremely high and I thought in this day and age they must have some kind of elevator to bring the operator up and down but no they have to climb up at the beginning of the day and then climb down again at the end of the day. What do they do when they have to go to the bathroom you ask? Well the operator brings up a plastic bottle and brings it down again to dispose of it. Obviously the operators all seem to be men!
Two girls from Carleton U who where canvassing on Sparks Stree Mall for cystic fibrosis. They just fell in love with May May. Good luck at school girls!

This is Sarah. She is a fantastic waitress who works at a little out door cafe right in front of Tim Horton Dougnuts on Spark Street. Why does May May love her you ask? Bacon!!!! Sarah gives May May bacon. But May May loves her all the time not only when she gets bacon. We will miss Sarah when the cafe closes and we hope we see her along our little journeys. Good luck Sarah in your other job!
Well it is time to finally get this blog updated. First I was sick, even ended up in emerg one evening. Then the camera broke and had to wait a bit before I could get another one and now I am broke for the rest of the month, then my darn computer was giving me a hard time. But now I am feeling better and the camera is working so time to get busy.

This picture is of Wayne and May May on the steps of his childhood school. Darn if I remember the name of it now. It is way down in Lower town and we walked all the way down there to see it. Wayne was sure tired the next day.

I took this shot of the bagpipe players at the celebration for the vets.

This girl was taking a picture of the jeep as well. She does like I do, with most every picture I take I have May May in the shot. With her it is the little white doll that she is holding near May May. I would love to see where her doll gets to!

This cute little girl stopped to pet MayMay. It is unfortunate that the top of her hair is cropped off as it was the thickest most curliest hair I have seen in a long. She is a sweetie.

This is Heather, the lady from next door holding Maggie. I think she really has her hands full with two little ones, but they are just adorable.

Here is May May checking out Rigby, she is not quite sure what to make of him. Her nose was a bit out of joint this morning and needed some extra attention after they left.
