I am sure this will be the last few days of nice fall weather and had May May out and about to get the most of this beauthiful weather. Sure have a hard time getting a picture with her hood up. 

Meet Mr. Chin

This is Mr. Chin, he is a chow chow. It certainly was a challenge to get his picture and this is the best I could do. Hope tomorrow is as nice as today and especially Monday for Halloween. 

Here is a new dog to the park, her name is Jeannie. All of the dogs were excited to be at the park and play with everyone today. 

Buddy has a girlfriend

The new wippit has stolen Buddy's heart. According to all reports Buddy is so very happy to have someone around to cuddle and play with. They sure look beautiful together. Hope we see them again soon. 

Fun time at the park

What a beautiful day it was today, and May May and Cokette got together at the park for the first time in about a week or so. They were having a good time waiting for other dogs to show up. 

After contemplating the plan for a few minutes May May felt she needed further explanation so she got right on top of the matter and had the worker explain further. Her decision is pending. 

May May is going over the blueprints of the new building on Sparks Street with one of the workers. After perusing them she is confident the building will be both on time and on budget. Good work! 

This is one of the girls from Tim Hortons out on a break. May May loves Tim Horton treats. 

Here is May May with a local police officer who is on the beat. His partner was just out of camera range taking down one of the panhandlers names so May May thought she would just mosey on over to the officer to get a nice pet.

It is starting to get brisk out there and May May wanted to wear her fashionable muff out today. Its left over from last year but still one of her favourites.

Friends of Dundonald Park

Here are "The Friends of Dundonald Park". Thank you all so much for all the hard work you do all year long to keep the park so lovely for us. We all appreciate what you do and enjoy all the beauty that you bring to this park. I cannot even imagine what it would look like without you doing what you do. If they only sent a city crew around every once in a while, it would be just a dump in no time. Going to miss going now that winter is approaching, am sure we will see you walking around town. Thanks again. 

Seems to be a lot of pictures of the monarch butterfly but they are so beautiful we can them over and over again. 

I think this is the shot of the Monarch Butterfly that Erica took, she was able to get up nice and close. Thanks Erica and good luck in your new home in the country. 

The pictures of the monarch butterfly were taken while a few of us were just there to give "the friends of Dundonald Park" some encouragement while they were doing there fall cleanup.

Here is one of the trees in our local park, we are about a week late for the trees turning colours because of that nice warm spell we had a week or so ago. 

Here is Maggie in one of her favourite spots. On top of the monitor blocking my view and sometimes trying to catch the cursor as I do different things on the computer. She occasionally turns her head upside down to get my attention, as if she doesn't have it already!

This poor Santa was going to go out in the trash, and I had the sleigh at home always meaning to do something with it but never did. Took them in to the Good Companions and our Santa expert, Pat fancied them up and now they look terrific. Santa's hat is actually made out of mink. If you want a great decoration for your house this will be raffled off and the tickets are 50 cents each or 3 for $1.00. The Christmas bazaar will be on the first Sat. in December at the Good Companions on Albert Street. They have some pretty good stuff there.
